Smiling Places – Guest House in Labruge<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

It is a charming Guest House situated in the quiet town of Labruge, 400 metres from the beach, within walking distance of the airport (only 12 kms) and 20 km from the cosmopolitan city of Porto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this Guest House we have created a concept of Slow Tourism<\/strong>, thought for your well-being, without confusion or crowds. With only 4 rooms, it aims to be a place that allows you to slow down<\/strong> and provide authentic moments<\/strong>, with local people, of traditions linked to the sea and land, simple people, who like and know how to receive without mischaracterizing the essence and natural charm of this locality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We like to travel, accumulate various experiences, select what we like the most and think in every detail, expectating that your experience will be memorable and feel like you're at a friend's house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Labruge<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Many find Labruge in his Way of Saint James<\/strong>, by the Portuguese of the Coast, on a path of faith or self-knowledge. And so it is a place where many experiences are shared at the end of the day, resting accompanied by the sunset or the sound of birds. It is a place where beautiful human beings pass by, which nothing else expects that life becomes a good walk for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Others find in Labruge a break or a holiday destination<\/strong> with sun, natural beaches and hiking trails with a landscape that cause silence in the most restless mind. The local gastronomy, based on the quality of fresh fish that comes out every day from its beaches, is itself a destination. In the fishing villages of Angeiras or Vila Ch\u00e3, very early fishermen launch their boats, with the purpose of getting to the local restaurants the most fresh fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Labruge, for its proximity in distance, is also sought to join a visit of the bustling and cosmopolitan city of Porto <\/strong>com a tranquilidade do campo e do mar. A cidade do Porto \u00e9 misteriosa e encantadora, com muito para viver e disfrutar…mas sabe t\u00e3o bem regressar \u00e0 calma no final dessa experi\u00eancia. Se for este o motivo da sua vinda, e \u00e9 a primeira vez por c\u00e1, n\u00e3o deixe de partilhar connosco, vamos orient\u00e1-lo para os locais onde poder\u00e1 viver mais a cidade e o contacto com as pessoas. Nesta regi\u00e3o de Portugal, adoramos conversar, ouvir e contar hist\u00f3rias, mas tamb\u00e9m sabemos perceber muito bem quando algu\u00e9m n\u00e3o quer conversa…Sabemos mimar, mas principalmente respeitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More and more families are trying to reconcile work and time together (tourism Bleisure <\/strong>– Business and Leisure). Alguns prolongam a estadia e aproveitam o fim de semana em fam\u00edlia; outros viajam s\u00f3s, mas preferem terminar o dia na varanda, a ver o mar, que num quarto de um hotel de cidade. A proximidade do Aeroporto do Porto permite essa op\u00e7\u00e3o e em todos os quartos, ou espa\u00e7os comuns, se preferir, temos as condi\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para remote work<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
