The success of “Smiling Places – Guest House in Labruge” led us to expand the dream and implement a new proposal. It is now possible to complement a stay in Labruge with a stay in the city center of Porto.
We looked for a place in the city of Porto that suited our purpose of a peaceful stay, allowing us to slow down and live life more slowly and we did it! We managed to find an apartment in a building full of charm in the parish of Bonfim, just 10 meters from the Heroísmo Metro station, which connects Porto with the Airport and the entire city.
From the balcony of this apartment you have a view of rural Porto, which still exists, just 1700 meters away, a 20-minute walk from the historic center and Ribeira.
To combine a few days in the city with a few days at the beach or to start your Camino de Santiago along the Coast with Smiling Places, in the first two stages (Porto and Labruge), we are here for the same purpose as always: to be happy together!

This 30 m2 apartment is ideal for 2 people, with a double bed and sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, on the 3rd floor, with elevator. Upon arrival you will find everything you need for your first breakfast and you are just a few steps from supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants.
Very close to the Parque das Águas, you will be impressed by the images of the Douro River and the beauty of Porto's ancient fountains.
We want you to have fun in the city of Porto, but to get a good night's sleep, so that the next day is a new experience. We think we did it!
